Director, Project Management

This role will provide strategic leadership to our Project Management team and serve as the organization’s “air‑traffic controller,” overseeing the full project lifecycle from initial sale opportunity through delivery. Responsibilities include managing and developing Project Managers and Coordinators, balancing workloads across the team, ensuring strong communication between Sales and Production, supporting key client relationships, overseeing project KPIs, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery.

  • Proven account management capabilities and ability to navigate complex client communications.
  • Strong leadership and team‑development skills, including conflict resolution and cross‑department collaboration.

Production Planning Manager

This new role is designed to bridge the gap between project design and shop execution. The Production Planning Manager will create and manage accurate production schedules, validate job requirements, optimize routing, monitor capacity, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate closely with production, purchasing, and project teams to ensure workflows move smoothly and efficiently.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with a strong understanding of scheduling.
  • Strong technical literacy and ability to review production files, artwork, and specifications.
  • Experience with E2 or other scheduling software.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex schedules into clear tasks and work through schedule changes collaboratively.
  • A strong “puzzle‑solver” mindset with the ability to analyze constraints, shop capacity, and production logic and keep work moving forward.
